3 Ways to Expedite Your Editing Process - Freewrite Store

3 Ways to Expedite Your Editing Process - Freewrite Store A few authors love altering. Others†¦ not really. In any case, altering is a fundamental piece of the creative cycle. Furthermore, such as composing, it’s time-escalated. Luckily, altering doesn’t need to take until the end of time. In the event that you need to refine your composition without spending unlimited hours on it, consider these three tips.1. Start with an OutlineIt’s difficult to go anyplace without a guide (or perhaps a route application is progressively suitable for 2018). Moreover, it’s difficult to compose without a goal as a primary concern. To foreordain that goal, consider outlining.Your diagram can be as basic or unpredictable as you’d can imagine. In the event that you’re composing an independent blog entry, your framework may be visual cues. In the event that you’re composing a novel, your framework may be a few pages. In any case, investing energy making a layout ahead of time can spare you significant time in the altering procedure. On the off chance that you’re asking why, let’s allude back to our guide metaphor. If we travel without a route application, we’re liabl e to get lost en route. That implies sat around backtracking, rerouting, and making U-turns. The equivalent goes for composing. A diagram gives us where we’re going so we don’t get lost en route. Without one, we might just get to the altering procedure and understand that we went way off kilter. At that point we’d need to invest additional altering energy getting everything in the groove again. That’s no real way to assist our editing. You can peruse increasingly about the significance of sketching out in this post, Outlining for Writers Who Hate to Outline.2. Use Editing SoftwareThe robots haven’t dominated at this point however that doesn’t mean they aren’t too shrewd. Truth be told, there are numerous projects out there that can help alter your writing.Take ProWritingAid, for instance. It works like your syntax checker however goes route past just sentence structure mistakes. It recognizes an enormous scope of composing issues that make your composing abnormal or muddled, similar to latent voice, clingy sentences, tedious expressing, and off base word decisions. Furthermore, it does this at lightning speed.Try transferring a bit of your composition to the online device and run an outline report. It’s allowed to utilize and you’ll see the key changes that will most improve your composition. Or on the other hand, to spare significantly additional time, you can utilize combinations for Microsoft Word/Office, Google Chrome, Google Docs, Scrivener, and then some. It’s a simple method to alter quicker (and all the more productively). Related:â 10 Grammer Rules to Always Follow 3. Enjoy a Reprieve Between Writing and EditingI know. This sounds opposing. For what reason would I suggest setting aside extra effort for an article about sparing time?Because it truly works. You need not enjoy a long reprieve among composing and altering. It could be a day. It could be 60 minutes. Whatever you pick, requiring significant investment among composing and altering will quicken the whole process. There are a couple of explanations behind this. To start with, the vacation permits your cerebrum to shift gears. In spite of the fact that they are comparable, composing and altering require various abilities. Composing is tied in with seeing what isn’t there; altering is tied in with refining set up thoughts. It’s hard to change from one to the next. Taking a break subsequent to composing resets our minds for altering. Furthermore, when we do that, altering goes faster.Furthermore, breaking before altering gives your oblivious brain time to think about what youà ¢â‚¬â„¢ve composed. Here’s a non-composing model: Think back to the last time you lost your vehicle keys. (I did it 20 minutes back.) You most likely found that you looked all over the place and couldn’t discover them. At that point possibly you ventured away for some time. At the point when you returned, you might’ve out of nowhere recalled where you left your keys. No, the keys didn’t clairvoyantly inform you of their area (however that would be entirely cool). That was crafted by your oblivious brain. It works a similar path for composing and altering. Your oblivious brain discovers answers for issues, in any event, when you don’t know it.Alright, I’ve taken enough of your time. Go edit!â  About the creator: Kyle A. Ackoff Management Misinformation Systems :: essays research papers

â€Å"Ackoff Management Misinformation Systems† Ackoff distinguishes five presumptions usually made by planners of the board data frameworks (MIS). With these suppositions, Ackoff contends that these presumptions are much of the time not legitimized cases, and regularly lead to significant lacks in the subsequent frameworks, for example The executives Misinformation Systems. To conquer these suspicions and the lacks which result from them, Ackoff suggests that administration data framework ought to be imbedded in an administration control framework. The Ackoff Assumptions are that: (1) Due to absence of important data, most directors work under this insufficiency; With the primary presumption and conflict, I’d need to oppose this idea. As per Ackoff, it appears that lone certain data is valuable, while the other is futile and it overburdens the supervisors. In this manner, top administration ordinarily gets sifted input that subordinates have deliberately screened a few times. In any case, top administration needs more data and information, progressively subjective information, and less proper examination than it gets. Once in a while, the helpful data may appear to be pointless at once, may turn out to be increasingly significant at some other point. In this way, I accept that all data be promptly accessible for the director to continue forward in a convenient manner. (2) The director needs the data he needs; I consent to a specific viewpoint to this belief system. Undoubtedly, without the best possible data, the administrator is pointless on the grounds that they can't immediate their laborers the correct way. Individuals working for the chief will in general require more data from the top. Progressively significant, they need a general and, here and there, a particular ability to know east from west and backing. Without a legitimate heading, all individuals included will simultaneously feel underutilized, and will attempt to accumulate all data, significant or unessential and occupy their work time, without accomplishing any objectives. (3) A supervisor will improve his dynamic, on the off chance that he has the data he needs, This is a straight-forward coherent concurrence with the creator. Clearly if the data is accessible, the director will have the option to improve a judgment. Without appropriate data from over, the individuals working for the chief will be lost. Then again, on the off chance that the supervisor has the data need to finish the assignment, at that point the target will be tackled in a brief timeframe, with everybody contributing in a positive way. (4) A superior correspondence between supervisors will improve hierarchical execution; I concur with the announcement above on the premise that correspondence is the most significant thing with regards to working as one.

US looked after high 1. tariffs on merchandise imported from different nations, while it was making remote credits and attempting to send out items. Emotional wellness Issue Depression and the utilization of herbacology (advocates job) - Assignment Example Curing a person for misery can some of the time hinder the individual performing ordinary, regular obligations. As guidance - Essay Example Larry King’s How to Talk to Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere: The Secrets of Good Communication is a case of a book that meets all the measures for choice of suitable writing regarding the matter. This article looks at the determination procedure utilizing Mary’s Seven Steps. My motivation was to recognize writing that had the capacity to work business and correspondence so as to furnish keys to successful correspondence with forthcoming customers and accomplices in business. This, notwithstanding advancing my field as a framework expert, and with it my profession possibilities. In this manner, my underlying expectation was to inquire about on books that gave perusers a vibe of suitable correspondence methods while simultaneously giving a road to development as a framework investigator. The book is accessible in an assortment of organizations. There is a digital book variant of the book and a printed rendition, the two of which are feasible as wellsprings of data. In any case, I felt that gaining a digital book rendition would restrict the setting wherein I could peruse the book. For instance, while on the transport, it is beyond the realm of imagination to expect to get to books on the PC. With the printed adaptation, I understood I could get to the data anyplace, from home or from the transport. In this manner, I chose the printed adaptation. The main part of this was the period inside which I was to disguise the substance of the book. That is, I had three days to peruse and comprehend what the book was about and its application to my vocation way as a frameworks expert. Furthermore, I was searching for a book that was applicable to contemporary occasions, given the advancing idea of business exchanges. With this impact, I chose a book distributed under 15 years prior, to stay aware of existing patterns in business correspondence. This is successful since it wipes out the odds of obtaining data of correspondence procedures that are out of date. One of the

Biochemistry at its finest!

Biochemistry at its finest! Yesterday, I attended my last 7.05 (Biochemistry) lecture taught by Prof. Michael Yaffe. Three professors co-teach the class and Yaffe taught for the first month of the semester. Indeed, it was a sad day. For 1.5 hours three times a week, hundreds of students fill 10-250 (one of the giant lecture halls) to watch Yaffe cover crazy amounts of information in very little time. By the end of every lecture, you probably have four pages of very colorful notes and 9 boards filled with pretty picture of molecules and processes. The picture below is what the board looked like last Friday: Using these boards, Prof. Yaffe explained the metabolic process that prevents you from bleeding to death after a measly paper cut! Basically, everyone knows that when a blood vessel is damaged, a bunch of platelets congregate to repair the cut by creating a clot. What you may not know is that this process is facilitated by the formation of a mesh made out of a protein called fibrin. This fibrin is formed by a long and relatively complicated process (called a coagulation cascade). The cascade begins with a vascular injury (a cut) that initiates an extrinsic pathway (aptly named because the source is outside of your body), which initiates an intrinsic pathway (named such since all of the necessary components already exist in your circulatory system). In the end, this complex process results in a reaction at the right place at the right time unless you have something like hemophilia. (Dont continue reading this if you plan on taking 7.05 and dont want the surprise to be ruined!) Thats all well and good, but the *craziness* began when Yaffe asked if anyone wanted to donate blood for a demonstration. I thought he was joking and nobody volunteered. So, he called up the head TA (teaching assistant) and the TA dutifully sat in a chair at the front of the classroom as Yaffe pulled out rubber gloves, a syringe, and some tubes. He drew a considerable amount of blood (2 vials full), while everyone watched in awe (except for the ones who had heard about it before, they seemed more amused from everyone elses reaction). Then, he added a clotting factor to one tube and continued with class. An hour later, he showed that one tube had a huge clot in it, while the other was the same as before. By the way, Yaffe is an MD/PhD who studies protein-protein interactions and signal transduction pathways by lipid and protein phosphorylation. His lab is in the Center for Cancer Research, where I did my first UROP (well, not in his lab in particular, just in the same building.) Im sure he would draw your blood, too, if you asked politely.

Influence Of Reward On Crowdfunding Consumer Participation - 275 Words

Discussing The Influence Of A Reward On Crowdfunding Consumer Participation (Coursework Sample) Content: DIGITAL MARKETINGStudents NameCourseLecturerInstitutionDateDigital MarketingCrowd funding is a common external capital source for ventures. The concept involves business mobilizing funds in small pieces for their ventures. Though initially crowd funding was embraced in funding artists or creative projects, it has gained popularity in other sectors including fashion, software, and journalism (Kraus, Richter, Brem, Cheng Chang 2016). The internet has become a fundamental tool in facilitating crowd funding. The concept of crowd funding usually takes four models. Firstly, there is donation-based crowd funding where the sponsors do so in the spirit of benevolence without expecting any returns. Secondly, there is reward-based crowd funding where the sponsors expect material and monetary rewards from the ventures proceeds (Xu, Zheng Wang 2016). Besides, there is crowd lending where the sponsor is paid back their investment. Finally, equity-based crowd funding gives the spon sors shareholding to the venture.Reward-based crowd funding is quite popular and involves. During the initial phase of raising capital, the sponsors are promised to gain proportionally to their investment. As the project gets into the implementation phase, rewards received may include material rewards or immaterial rewards (Saxton Kishore 2013). Possible intangible rewards include social acknowledgment, mentions, calls and in-person meetings, updates throughout the course of the project. The incentives are an important motivation for participating reward-based crowd funding. Most crowd-funding participants derive emotional value as the highest form of reward. This involves feeling like part of a worthy cause. Recognition on the success of a project hence is considered a worthy reward (Killian McManus 2015). Besides, receiving a tangible product or an experience from the cause is also highly appreciated. The degree of satisfaction from the reward and the resultant intrinsic or extrin sic motivation may be influenced by several factors. These include that age, gender, the size of the incentive, and activeness. Besides, how immediate or delayed the payoffs will be and the perceived qualities of the project influence the motivation and satisfaction.Crow funding is however faced with a variety of challenges. In this regard, the managerial issue of finding control and transparency balance remains to be the biggest unsolved problem (Kraus et al. 2016). Control primarily involves the division of authority between the concerned company and the crowd. According to research, most companies took a...

Research Methodology Of The Research Approach - 978 Words

This chapter outlines an overview of the research approach adopted in the study as well as the research methodology and the practical approach adopted to achieve the set objectives of the study. In addition, it also highlights the data collection methods, ethical considerations, and data analysis. Case studies will be used as a research strategy as they are distinguished by their ability to investigate a phenomenon which, in this case, will be the upgrading heritage buildings through sustainable designs and construction. The chapter also rationalizes the sampling approaches and the research methods used for collecting the data in the case studies. To achieve the objectives, data for this study will be collected using two qualitative research methods: document analysis and semi-structured interviews which were used to give a scholarly definition of the term â€Å"sustainable adaptation to heritage sites and buildings† which is part of the objectives. The chapter also looks at the qualitative analysis techniques which will be used to analyze the data. 3.2 Research approach The difference between qualitative and quantitative research is basically a methodological issue and the researcher’s decision to choose a specific research approach should be based on its suitability to answer the established research questions (Bryman, 1992). Yog Yoga With Mindfulness - 1363 Words

Yoga with mindfulness Yoga is a mindful physical practice that brings mindfulness to the body in movement. It also offers other health benefits such as rejuvenating the body by keeping bones, muscles, joints, organs and nerves healthy, flexible and supple. Just as in mindful sitting, mindful yoga brings awareness to your breath, thoughts, and emotions as you practice, but it also adds focus on your movement and posture so you will need to wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movements. You will also need to make sure you have enough space to do the movements, and might prefer a yoga mat or a carpeted floor. If you are not very flexible or do not exercise regularly, it is best to start out slow and work your way up. A Word of Caution: Everyone’s body is different and some of us may not be as flexible as others. It is better to start your practice slowly and build than to possibly hurt yourself. Also if a posture is hurting it is better to get out of it earlier than to stay in it longer and hurt more. If you are unable to do a particular posture, it is okay to skip it. Supine Pose Lie down on your back with your arms by your sides, palms facing up, and breathe naturally for a few breaths. Analysis Of O Connor s A Good Man - 893 Words

In O’Connor’s short story â€Å"A Good Man is Hard to Find† the definition of what it takes to be a â€Å"good man† is very misconstrued. In the beginning of this story a â€Å"good† character does not exist. The family is habitually mean to the grandmother, and the grandmother is a conceded, selfish human being. The misfit, another main character, is a criminal and is not a morally good person either. The central theme of the entire story is the concept of the word â€Å"good,† and what it takes to meet this expectation. The only opinion of what the audience receives to be as a good man comes from a very morally questionable grandmother; who is not a good person until moments before her tragic death. The author uses a lot of foreshadowing, irony, and symbolism tied directly to Christianity to drive home the points of this story. The story opens up about a family that is going on vacation to Florida, but that would change due to the grandmot hers’ argument to want to go to east Tennessee (for selfish reasons); saying that the kids have already been to Florida and that â€Å"The Misfit is aloose from the Federal Pen and headed toward Florida†(O’Connor 337). While on their trip to Tennessee O’Conner uses a lot of foreshadowing hinting toward the tragic ending of this story that is impossible to catch the first time you read it. Looking back you notice the first bit of foreshadowing comes when the grandmother points out the graveyard of five or six graves consisting of the family of the plantation.Show MoreRelatedAnalysis Of O Connor s A Good Man Essay1522 Words   |  7 Pages In my analysis of â€Å"A Good Man Is Hard to Find†, I will examine the different elements of this piece of literature and break the subject down into its component parts. Tai was overjoyed when she learned that she would be promoted to a position with higher responsibility and pay. However, even before hearing about the promotion, she believed that the regional manager who made the promotion decision was fair-minded. Use the emotions, attitudes, and behavior model to explain how Tais emotions and beliefs influence her positive feelings towards the regional manager. Tia felt a since of fulfillment. She felt as though she was being valued as an employee and her hard work paid off in getting a promotion. The manager most likely realized her great work ethics and her leadership skills. She probably didn’t let external factors interfere with her work and showed a positive attitude through each situation. 2. Explain how an employees attitudes might be affected by cognitive dissonance. Cognitive dissonance occurs when we perceive an inconsistency between our beliefs, feelings, and behavior. When this inconsistency violets our self-concept, it generates emotions that motivate us to change one or more of these elements. For example, you agreed to accept a foreign posting, even though it didn’t interest you, because you believed it might be necessary for promotion into senior management. However, you later learn that many people become senior managers in the firm without spending any time on foreign assignment. In this situation you will most likely experience cognitive dissonance because of the inconsistency between your beliefs and feeling and behavior. 3. What is emotional labor? What types of jobs involve emotional labor? Emotional labor is the effort, planning, and control needed to express organizationally desired emotions during interpersonal transactions. Emotional labor is higher in jobs requiring a variety of emotions and more intense emotions, as well as in jobs where interaction with clients is frequent and has a longer duration. It also increases when employees must precisely rather than casually abide by the display rules. This particularly occurs in the service industries, where employees have frequent face-to-face interactions with clients. 4. Three employees believe that their pay is too low. One of them quits, the second complains to management about the low pay, and the third does nothing. Explain why these employees engaged in different behaviors even though they held the same beliefs about their pay checks. Exit-voice-loyalty-neglect (EVLN) model- The four ways, as indicated in the name, that employees respond to job dissatisfaction. The first person exited from the company, the second person voiced their opinion in attempt the change the low pay they were receiving, and the third person showed their loyalty but saying nothing and staying with the company. . Briefly explain and distinguish the two forms of organizational commitment. Affective commitment is the employee’s emotional attachment to, identification with, and involved in a particular organizational. It is an emotional attachment to the organization a person’s feeling of loyalty. Affective commitment differs from continuance commitment, which is a calculative attachment. Employees have high continuance commitment whey they do not particularly identify with the organization where they work but feel bound to remain there because it would be too costly to quit. . Jake tells you that he is feeling very stressed. Based on your knowledge of the general adaptation syndrome, what information would you ask for or look for to determine what stage of stress Jake is experiencing? I would ask Jake what he struggles with at work and how well does he take care of his physical and health. After I have realized that Jake’s energy level and coping with effectiveness has decreased I would temporarily remove him from work to give him time to get his physical and mental health back right. A vacation will help him recover from stress and reenergize for future challenges. If Jake is becoming ill and is showing signs of prolonged stress I would know that he is in the second stage of the general adaptation syndrome. I would ask him why he thinks that he is becoming ill and what does he think the cause of his stress is. If Jake comes into work exhausted it would be clear to see that he is in the third stage. I would require him to practice relaxation and meditation throughout the workday. He would also be required to maintain a journal of his daily physical exercises. This will prevent him from the risk of long 7. Briefly describe the five ways of managing work-related stress. Remove the stressor usually begins by identifying areas of high stress and determining the main cause of the stress. By identifying the specific stressors that adversely affect specific areas of the organization, such ‘stress audits† recognize that a one-size-fits-all approach to stress management is ineffective. Withdraw from the stressor. Permanently or temporarily remove employees from the stressor. Permanently withdrawal occurs when employees are transferred to jobs that better fit their competencies and values. Temporarily withdrawing from stressors is the most frequent way that employees manage stress. Change stress perceptions. Help employees improve their self-concepts so that job challenges are not perceived as threatening. Personal goal setting and self-reinforcement can also reduce the stress that people experience when they enter new work settings. Control stress consequence. Physical exercise reduces the physiological consequences of stress by helping employees moderate their breathing and heart rate, muscle tension, and stomach acidity. Practice relaxation and meditation techniques during the workday. Receive social support. It potentially improves person’s resilience because support makes people feel valued and worthy. Social support also provides information to help the person interpret, comprehend, and possibly remove the stressor. .

Economics for Business Modeling Global Wine

Question: Describe about the Economics for Business for Modeling Global Wine. Answer: Introduction This study has been aimed to identify the concept of economics for business. In this context, this study has tried to highlight five different concepts under the shade of Australian background. Therefore, firstly, this study has focused to the rate of GDP of Australia. In addition, the rate of GDP of last 2 to5 years of Australia has been discussed. The influential factors, which influence the rate of Australian GDP have also been discussed in this section. On the other hand, this study is also helpful to estimate the unemployment rate of Australia. This unemployment rate is also highlighted the economic position and the growth of Australia. The issues and the governmental policy of Australia regarding the unemployment rate have been mentioned. Moreover, this study is beneficial to understand the unemployment rate of different states of Australia and this is assumed to be helpful to understand the economic position of these states within the country (Anderson Wittwer, 2013). On the other hand, this essay is helpful to measure the inflation rate of Australia. In this purpose, this study has tried to establish the inflation rate of Germany, UK, USA, China, India, Japan, Korea, Indonesia in order to compare the economic position and the growth of these countries as well as Australia. In this connection, the causes of inflation within the countries have been also mentioned. Next, this study has aimed to the Australias monetary policy during last 5 years. Lastly, this study has tried to demonstrate the economic growth of Australia and also discuss the economic growth of other developing country such as China in order to develop the comparison. In this occasion, this study has tried to identify the effects of this economic position on the society (Arnone Romelli, 2013). Comparison of Australian GDP with other economy from 2011 to 2015 and the factors, which affect the Australian GDP This section is helpful to estimate the Australian GDP rate with the other economy such as Chinas GDP rate has been discussed. In this connection, this study has tried to accumulate last 5 years GDP rate for both Australia and for China. According to Board (2012), the GDP rate of Australia has been rising with the increase of time. This rate has been increasing significantly from the year of 2011 to the year of 2012. After that, the GDP rate has been decreasing over time. In addition, it can be observed that the GDP rate was the highest in the year of 2012 and the rate was 3.63%. On the contrary, this rate was lowest in the year of 2015 and the rate was 2.26%. Australia's GDP rate of last 5 years Year GDP rate (in %) 2011 2.38 2012 3.63 2013 2.44 2014 2.5 2015 2.26 In case of Chinas GDP rate, it can be observed that this rate has been decreasing with the rise in time, more specifically from the year of 2011 to 2015. In 2011, the rate was 9.48% and at the end of the 2015, this GDP rate was 6.9%. The following table has developed the last five years GDP rate of China. Year GDP rate (in %) 2011 9.48 2012 7.75 2013 7.68 2014 7.27 2015 6.9 Comparing the GDP rates of last five years of two mentioned countries, (Eichengreen, Park Shin (2013) mentioned that Australias GDP rate was lower compared to China. Although the GDP rate has been decreasing over time in case of both the countries, China is at better position compared to Australia. On the other hand, as per the statement of Butlin (2013), Australias average GDP rate is 3.2% based on the average of 25 years. In this concern, it can be assumed that aggregate demand of a country has made an impact on the countrys GDP rate. In this connection, it can be stated that lower rate of interest rate reflects to borrow at cheaper rate. Therefore, due to this reason GDP growth rate of Australia has been decreasing. On the other hand, the price of the houses in Australia has been increasing with the rise in time; hence, it leads to make a direct wealth effect. On the contrary, the real wages of the individual has been decreasing in Australia, therefore, the real income also decreased. As a result, the GDP rate has been falling. Moreover, Cecchetti Kharroubi (2012) opined that inventories have been significantly stock, which they have been produced, however, these stocks have not sold. Since, the past five years, these inventories lead to reduce the GDP growth rate of Austra lia. The growth rate of mining gross valuation has been rising within the country, the GDP rate has been seasonally decreasing. Again, in case of Australian dollar evaluation, the export of the goods and the services become costlier whereas rate of imports are getting cheaper. Therefore, this would reflect the fall in the demand of the Australian goods and the services. This appreciation would leads to the inflation rate and the GDP rate has been decreased. Discuss the unemployment rate, types, issues and the governmental policy of Australia From the above analysis, it can be observed that the rate of GDP has been decreasing in Australia with the rise in time from 2011 to 2015. This also has an impact on the rate of unemployment in Australia. According to Egert (2015), it can be predicted that the rate of unemployment may be increased in Australia. In this connection, it can be found that the rate of unemployment has been increased by the rate of 5.8% as per the prediction. On the contrary, as per the Australian Bureau of Statistics, it can be observed that the monthly employment rate has been increasing. In July, 2016, the employment has been raised by 100 persons. In the month of June, the number of employment was 11800 whereas in July, the number was 11955. As a result, Eichengreen, Park Shin (2012) mentioned that if this trend has been maintained, then the economy will be at better position from the current situation. In addition, smooth trend series can be easily maintained by the volatility of the behaviour of the labour market. In addition, in order to discuss the role of Australian government for reducing the unemployment rate of Australia, the government can lowering down the rate of interest, which can enhance the aggregate demand of Australia. Therefore, the unemployment can be reduced. On the other hand, with cutting down the tax rates, the fiscal policy as well as the aggregate demand will be improved. As a result, the unemployment rate in Australia will also be decreased. Therefore, the employment will be significantly increased. According to Eichengreen, Park Shin (2013), labour market of Australia is required to flexible. Discuss the unemployment rate in different states of Australia In this section, the unemployment rates of different states of Australia have been discussed. The states are such as New South Wales, Western Australia, Tasmania, Queensland and the South Australia. In this context, it can be observed that the unemployment rate in New South Australia is 5.2% in 2016. The unemployment rate in Western Australia is 5.7%. On the other hand, the unemployment rate in Tasmania is 7.6% and in Queensland is 6.4%. Moreover, in South Australia, the rate is 6.9%. Comparing all of the unemployment rates of these states of Australia, it can be observed that the rate is lower in New South Australia and the rate is higher in Tasmania. Hence, Elsby, Hobijn Ã…Å ¾ahin (2013) cited that the wage growth rate of Tasmania has been decreased. Therefore, it can be concluded that demand for labour is lower compared to the supply of labour. More precisely, the higher unemployment rate has an immediate impact in the economy is lowering down the employment rate. As a result , the higher unemployment rate reflects the lowering down the GDP growth rate. According to Gerlach Tillmann (2012), the exchange rate will also be decreased. Compare the inflation rate of Australia with the different countries As per the current information, it can be observed that the inflation rate in Australia is 1%. On the other hand, the inflation rate in Germany is 0.4%, in UK the rate is 0.6%, in USA the rate is 0.8%, in China this rate is 1.3%, the rate in India is 6.07%, in Japan the rate is -0.4%, in Korea the rate is 0.4% and in Indonesia, the rate is 2.79%. After the observation, it can be mentioned that the inflation rate is highest in Indonesia and it is lowest in Korea and Germany among the above mentioned countries. On the contrary, Jaramillo Cottarelli (2012) argued that in the country like Japan, the inflation rate is negative. Therefore, there is a deflationary situation within the economy. In order o discuss the reason for higher inflationary rate, it can be mentioned that with the rise of the price of goods and services, the rate of inflation of an economy has been increased. On the other hand, when the demand for the products is higher but the supply is lower, then it can be stated that the inflation will be increased. This concept can be analysed with the help of the demand-pull theory. With this theory, Kilian Hicks (2013) added that this situation occurs due to the overpopulation rate. On the other hand, if the manufacturing cost of the products increase, then it can be predicted that inflation will be higher, this can be explained by the cost-push inflationary theory. As a result, the cost of the employees also increase and the monetary policy will also alter. Moreover, rise in the price reflects to increase the cost of production. Nevertheless, Kremer, Bick Nautz (2013) criticised that deflationary situation refers that lower performance of the economy. In thi s connection, it can be stated that Japan has been suffering from lower rate of growth. In addition, deflationary situation leads to the rise of the real valuation of debt. On the other hand, the disposable income of the individuals will also decrease as well. In the words of Kumar, Webber Perry (2012), higher inflation rate leads to the growth of the economy. With the rise in the price, it reflects to the higher production cost and the employment of the country. Therefore, it can be concluded that inflation can leads to boost up an economy. On the contrary, Lavoie Stockhammer (2013) argued that higher inflation rate leads to the higher interest rate within the country. This higher interest rate in turn reflects the larger burden on the amount of debt. Furthermore, higher inflation leads to the country to be uncompetitive within the global markets. The situation has occurred due to the depreciation of the currency. As a result, decrease in the exports refers the further pressure of the foreign exchange reserves in the countrys economy. In the points of Mumtaz Surico (2012), if the higher inflation rate of a country cannot be controlled, then the existing inflationary situation can be converted into the hyperinflationary situation. This is not favourable to the economy. As a result, the breakdown of the economy will be occurred. Discuss the monetary policy of Australia from 2011 to 2015 and the impact on the society As per the statement of Panizza Presbitero (2013), the monetary policy of Australia of last 5 years can be determined by the value of the cash rate. Cash rate refers the rate of interest in the overnight money market. The cash rate of the last five years can be represented with the help of the following table: Year Cash rate (in %) 2011 4.75 2012 3.5 2013 3 2014 2.5 2015 2 The above table has been depicted that the cash rate has been decreasing over time in Australia. It can be observed that the rate was higher in the year of 2011 and the rate was 4.75%. Again, the rate was lower in the year of 2015 and the rate was 2%. Therefore, it can be concluded that lowering interest rate will be helpful to expand the countrys economy. According to Pescatori, Sandri Simon (2014), monetary policy of a country can control and state that how the money can be circulated as well as the cost of borrowing of money, more specifically it is known as the rate of interest. Based on the above rate of interest, it can be observed that this rate reflects the lower borrowing rate. This in turn motivate the spending as well as the investment. In addition, this in turn reflects to enhance the aggregate demand as well as the growth of the economy. Therefore, it can be stated that this increase in the aggregate demand will improve the pressure, which arise due to the inflation. Moreover, Rapetti, Skott Razmi (2012) opined that lower rate of interest rate aim to the lower return from the saving. The lower rate of incentive of saving will focus to motivate the customers spending compared to hold money in the account. In addition, lower interest rate will reduce the repayment of the monthly mortgages. This in turn is helpful to earn higher disposable incomes. As a result, the consumer will also increase in Australia. On the other hand, lower rate of interest is beneficial to purchase assets. As a result, Anderson Wittwer (2013) mentioned that the wealth of the individual will rise effectively. Hence, rise in the wealth will encourage and improve the consumer spending. Furthermore, the lowering of interest rate has a positive impact on the society. Lower interest rate leads to the lowering down of exchange rate and this in turn aim to the Australian exports highly competitive and make the import highly costlier. Therefore, the aggregate demand will be effecti vely increased. Discuss the economic growth of Australia and compare it with the other developing country According to Arnone Romelli (2013), the growth rate of Australia in 2015 was 2.26%. In this connection, it can be stated that the developing country such as Chinas growth rate in 2015 was 6.9%. From this analysis, it can be concluded that China is at better position compared to Australia. In this context, it can be demonstrated that due to the increase in the inflation rate, the growth rate has been increased in China. Therefore, previously, it can be observed that the inflation rate in China is higher compared to Australia as Chinas rate of inflation is 1.3% and Australias rate of inflation is 1% in the year of 2015 (Weale et al., 2015). Moreover, it can be concluded that higher the rate of growth, greater will be the per capita income. As a result, the national income will be fruitfully increased. In this purpose, Board (2012) highlighted that the national income is higher in China compared to Australia. On the other hand, the labour productivity and the physical capital will be i ncreased. Hence, the socio real per capita growth within the economy will be occurred. Discuss the economic growth of the country during last 5 years and the impact on the society Australia's GDP rate of last 5 years Year GDP rate (in %) 2011 2.38 2012 3.63 2013 2.44 2014 2.5 2015 2.26 The above table shows the growth rate of last five years of Australia. It has been decreased over time. Therefore, in this purpose, this section has tried to demonstrate the effect of this growth rate in the society. Therefore, based on this outcome, Butlin (2013) mentioned that greater GDP growth rate aimed to the greater position of the economy. Nonetheless, as the growth rate of Australia has been decreasing, therefore, it can be concluded that the inflation rate of the country is not so high. Therefore, it can be stated that the countrys investment will not discourage. Therefore, this will effectively lead to the stable economy. The firms within the country will also interest to take risks and henceforth, they will invest (Shahiduzzaman Alam, 2012). On the contrary, it can be assumed that reduction in the growth rate may leads to the economy to experience the deflationary situation or the negative inflationary situation. As a result, in this case, the consumers will reluctant to spend money. In this purpose, Cecchetti Kharroubi (2012) mentioned that the future prices of the products will be lower and the deflation will be increased with the rise of time. Moreover, the amount of debt will in turn increase. The disposable income of the residents of Australia will massively decrease, which reflect to reduce the national income of the country as mentioned by Elsby, Hobijn Ã…Å ¾ahin (2013) Conclusion The overall study has been developed on the concept of economics for business. In this purpose, this study has tried to establish the last five years of GDP rate of Australia, which is helpful to identify and understand the economic performance of Australia. In addition, in his purpose, this essay is also beneficial to recognise the economic performance of China by estimating the GDP rate of last five years of this country. This study has also discussed the unemployment rate of Australia, which is 5.8% in the year of 2016. Moreover, after analysing the study, it can be stated that unemployment rate is depend upon the GDP rate of the country. On the other hand, the unemployment rates of different rates of Australia have been mentioned in his essay. Instead of this, As the GDP rate of Australia has been decreasing over time; therefore, the unemployment rate is higher in this country. After that, this study has tried to accumulate the inflation rate of Australia and made a comparison wi th the other countries such as Germany, UK, USA, Japan, Korea etc. In this connection, several governmental policy and the advantage of inflationary situation has been discussed. Lastly, this study is seemed to be beneficial as this study also tried to highlight the cash rate of last 5 years of Australia has been evaluated, which are necessary to identify the monetary policy of the country. Amanda Shahin Essays - Marketing, Food And Drink, Fast Food

Amanda Shahin Prof. R. Mako Citarella ENG-111-92V 11/05/15 How Fast Food Companies Draw You In As life is speeding us by, people do not have the time to enjoy home-cooked meals anymore with their families on a regular basis. Everyone is rushing from point A to point B trying to be on schedule with all the work and different activities with which they fill their days. People need a quick and easy way to get a cheap and satisfying meal so no time is wasted preparing and making foods on their own. Fast food companies see this need for easy, to go meals and jump at the opportunity to satisfy it. Advertisements from signs, to commercials, to billboards of new great deals and foods from fast food restaurants seem to pop up everywhere we go nowadays, and Michael Moss knows this is no accident. In his essay, "The Extraordinary Science of Addictive Junk Food", Moss discusses how the fast food companies purposely display and create their advertisements and foods in a way to draw people into wanting to buy their products and keep them coming back for more. In McDonald's: What it is. Quar ter Pounder with Cheese commercial, every aspect of it from the words used, how the food is displayed, and how lustful the people are for the product being shown proves to Moss' argument that the advertisements of fast food restaurants are all intentionally designed for people to want to buy their products. In Moss' essay, he discusses how fast food companies are designing their foods to draw people into buying them. What Moss discovers from "over four years of research and reporting, [is] a conscious effort- taking place in labs and marketing meetings and grocery- store aisle- to hook people on foods that are convenient and inexpensive" (477). For example, food engineers go to the full distance to create the perfect taste and texture for a product. They do this by having "ordinary consumers spend hours sitting in rooms where they touch, feel, sip, smell, swirl and taste whatever product is in question" (479). By doing this consumers are able to decide what variation of a product is the best fit for being put out on the market
